Meet the experienced and friendly doctors and staff who make Casper Family Vision Clinic the leading provider of vision care products and services in Casper.


Mike Harris, O.D.

Dr. Mike Harris was raised in Wyoming and graduated from Sheridan High School in 1973. He attended the University of Wyoming and graduated Cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1979. He has been in private practice in Casper since graduation. Dr. Harris is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Wyoming Optometric Association. He has served on the board of the Wyoming Optometric Association and is a past president. He also served ten years on the Wyoming State Board of Examiners in Optometry. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Casper and a past president.  Dr. Harris has an interest in contact lenses and is certified to use pharmaceutical agents to treat diseases and pathology of the eye. He also has special interest in pre and post cataract and refractive surgery care as well as dry eye management.


Nathan Edwards, O.D.

Dr. Nathan Edwards grew up in Casper and graduated from Natrona County High School in 2001. Dr. Edwards went on to attend Casper College where he earned an Associates of Science and the University of Wyoming where he earned a B.S. in Zoology and Physiology with honors. He graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2010 worked in private primary care practice in Oregon. Dr. Edwards is excited to be returning home to join Dr. Harris and Family Vision Clinic. Dr. Edwards is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Wyoming Optometric Association.  He enjoys serving on the WOA board, the ARC board, and is a member of the Casper Lions Club.  Dr. Edwards enjoys all aspects of primary care optometry with emphasis on pediatric care, contact lenses, pre and post cataract and laser surgery, and ocular disease diagnosis and management. Dr. Edwards and his wife Jenny are excited to be home and are ready to reconnect with the great community of Casper!


Emily Stickelberger, O.D.

Dr. Stickelberger grew up in Casper and returned to Wyoming to raise her family. She is the previous owner of Visions Plus and joined Family Vision Clinic in 2021. She has loved practicing optometry in her hometown and reconnecting with the wonderful people in Wyoming! She graduated from Natrona County High School and the University of Wyoming before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 2008. After finishing school, she lived in both Arizona and Colorado before moving back to Casper. She practices the full scope of optometry and can see patients for routine eye exams, contact lens fitting, medical eye exams (red-eye, diabetic eye exams, dry eye, etc.) and she co-manages surgery patients (cataract and Lasik). When she is not in the office, you will find her with her husband and their two young daughters.
